Burglary on Hammond Drive

Lancashire Police are currently investigating a Burglary which took place on Hammond Drive, Read, it took place on the evening of Wednesday 10th December at around 21:20hrs. Fortunately it does not appear that the offenders actually gained access to the property or stole anything but they did cause significant damage trying to break in by smashing the rear patio doors.

We are appealing for any witnesses to this incident and are asking for anyone who was in the area who noticed anything suspicious or anyone who may have CCTV or Dashcam footage to contact 101 quoting the reference LC-20251210-1325
